LKBP holds 3-day Enhancement Seminar

Ligas Kooperatiba ng Bayan sa Pagpapaunlad (LKBP) successfully conducted their 3-day seminar on Enhancement of Account Officers’ Competencies facilitated by the National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO) last August 3-5, 2023 at Cabalen Vista Mall Malolos, Bulacan. Resource Speaker, Mr. Julius John M. Solomon, Credit Advisor of NATCCO Consultancy facilitated the training. Account Officers and Field Staff from all branches are all present in the seminar. They were also joined by their respective Area Managers and other staff from the Financial Services Group. This enhancement seminar aims to provide the employees with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to strengthen their performance and develop a comprehensive understanding of the credit and risk management to maintain and build a strong member-customer relationship.
Peanut Butter and Coco Jam Making

Ligas KBP Foundation, Inc. conducted another Project Care on "Livelihood Training on Peanut Butter and Coco Jam Making" held last July 21, 2023, in Dinalupihan, Bataan. The livelihood training aims to provide LKBP members and non-members attain their financial independence through self-help and develop their entrepreneurial capabilities. Thirty-five attendees from Dinalupihan Bataan attended the livelihood training while the others are online participants who viewed the training via Facebook Live streaming. All the participants were able to take home their finished products and were excited to start a new business out of what they learned in the training.
Risk-Based Evaluation (RBE) for NATCCO Stabilization Fund

The National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO) Stabilization Fund System Group conducted a Risk-Based Evaluation (RBE) and quarterly Monitoring of Compliance in LKBP last May 29-June 3, 2023. This is to identify the risk level of LKBP and recommended course of actions to close the gap and achieve prudential standards. The one week evaluation team was led by Ms. Sharon Marie S. Dy, Group Head of Stabilization Fund Group.
