LKBP Livelihood Training- “Onion Growing”

On November 3, 2021 Ligas KBP Foundation, Inc. and Ligas Kooperatiba ng Bayan sa Pagpapaunlad through worthwhile support from the Provincial Agriculture Office of Bulacan successfully conducted a Livelihood Seminar on Onion Growing for the benefit of members and patrons as well as public participants. With the objective of providing a means of livelihood, Onion Growing could serve as source of family living and personal consumption. Due to limitation brought by the pandemic situation, the seminar was conducted on a limited face-to-face set-up for 10 participants at LKBP ARC Training Center and through Facebook live streaming participated by 194 group viewers from LKBP branches. Among them were 127 members and 77 non-members consisted of 91 male and 113 female participants. It reached out 819 people, 383 live views, 22 shares and 448 engagements. Resource speaker was Mr. Edward Alibuyog, Jr., the Territory Sales Representative in Nueva Ecija and Nueva Vizcaya of Ramgo International Corporation together with Mr. Jocris Bernardo, Demand Creation Specialist. The event was graced by Bulacan Provincial Agriculturists, Ms. Carmela Bandola and Ms. Judith Mateo, with Mr. Raymart Santiago.
