LKBP through NATCCO Consultancy conducted a coaching program for LKBP’s Loan Officers and Loan Processors from August 19-23, 2024. The training aimed to draft a Delinquency Matrix, orient participants on the Delinquency Calendar Process, and enhance skills in credit initiation and cash flow analysis to improve loan management practices.
